Returns / Exchanges
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible; items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. Returns are issued as store credit only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost / Stolen Packages
Public Saint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer at the time of shipment.
If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, DHL, Purolator) to file a claim. While we cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases, we will provide assistance with claim filings when possible.
Incorrect Address
Entered the wrong address? Contact us right away with your order number. We’ll try to update it before your order ships, but once a package is processed or in transit we can’t make changes. If it returns to us, we can reship to the correct address (additional shipping may apply).
