Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible; items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. Returns are issued as store credit only.
Do you cover import charges?
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
US CUSTOMERS: All US orders are now shipped from our US warehouse. You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
Changes can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please review your information before you checkout.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
The order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your spam inbox.
My order said it was delivered, but I haven't received anything. What does this mean?
Allow 48 hours after the stated delivery time for your package to show up. If your package hasn't been delivered, please email contact@publicsaint.ca
